One Block has a 24 hour cancellation policy for haircuts and a 48 hour cancellation policy for colour services.
To compensate our stylists, the fee is the full cost of a missed haircut appointment, and half the cost of a colour service. In order to book a future appointment with One Block, the fee will be added to the cost of your next service.
